Knowledge Management Strategy

day to day marketplaces and nature of the work places are creating more pressures on the organizations,These problems are solved by the knowledge management. The strategy of knowledge management are more than a to form a organization,(Knox Haggie,john Kingston 2003) (James Robertson,2004)

intellectual asset management strategy: A Detailed approach as an enterprise one which will solve the problem,This is called intellectual asset management strategy

personal knowledge asset responsibility strategy: The views are on assets of the company,which can be used completely,This is called personal knowledge asset responsibility strategy.

knowledge creation strategy: Then employees are encouraged to develope their skills and share their experience among themselves,This is called knowledge creation strategy.

knowledge transter strategy: R&D is used to create new products and new methods,which can be adopted by the ceo of the companys and also rebuilt their future,This is called knowledge transter strategy.

customer Focused knowledge strategy: knowlege and best methods are used to raise the standard of their operations and their output,This is called the customer Focused knowledge strategy. The Ultimate goal is to know the needs of their customer so we can fullfill their wishes to maximum extent.

For example:
I was working small company in my home down,when i joined that compay they will encouraged to develop my knowledge skill and They told if you have any previous experience use and implement in the company, i focused only management side and customer side ,because all company only based on customer relationships and also each company follow customer focused and develop the concern,so knowledge management strategy is very important in concern.

    In my point of view ,example ,if you work any organization or company,they are handling lot problem about customer or assets of company or market based problem ,product based problem ex...,they will try to slove all this problem,so They implement knowledge management strategy,
    EXAMPLE:
    copmay profit range are decreasing compare last year profit ,so they will find out,what is reason,then how do solve this problem,
